Property Media hub

## Overview The **Property Media hub** is a unified gallery on every property record that combines all photos, documents, and PDF reports into one place. Access it by opening a property and switching to the **Media tab**. ## Uploading media 1. Open the property → **Media tab**. 2. Click **Upload** and select one or more files. 3. Link the upload to an **asset** (optional) and add a caption. 4. Choose a tag (e.g. "inspection", "damage", "certificate") for easier filtering later. Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, HEIC, PDF, and Word documents. ## Viewing and navigating The gallery supports three group views: - **By date** — chronological upload order - **By tag** — grouped by the tag applied at upload - **By asset** — grouped by the property asset the media is linked to Click any image or PDF thumbnail to open the **lightbox**. Use the left/right arrow keys (or swipe on mobile) to navigate between items without closing the lightbox. ## Searching and filtering Use the search bar to find media by caption or tag. Filter by media type (photo, document, PDF) using the type chips above the gallery. ## Media from maintenance tickets Photos attached to maintenance tickets are automatically mirrored into the Property Media hub and tagged with the ticket number.
