Nestsen fits the way your team already works

No one wants another system to check. Nestsen pushes the work into the tools your team, your tenants and your contractors are already in — Teams, Slack, WhatsApp, SMS, your calendars — and connects to everything else through Zapier, Make, n8n or your own code.

Work where your team already works

Maintenance activity arrives in the channel your team lives in, already structured — and the common decisions can be made without opening another tab.

Microsoft Teams

Two-way

Maintenance activity as interactive cards in your Teams channel.

  • New issues, declines, expiries and cancellations posted to the channel you choose
  • Follow-ups thread under the original message, so one issue stays one conversation
  • Action buttons on the card for the everyday decisions
  • The right property manager is mentioned by name, not the whole channel
  • Pick exactly which events you want — high-volume ones are off by default

Slack

Two-way

Channel notifications plus a /nestsen command for the whole team.

  • Ask for open, urgent, overdue or unassigned work without leaving Slack
  • Look up issues by property or by tenant straight from the message box
  • Raise a new maintenance issue through a guided Slack form
  • Follow-up events reply in-thread rather than filling the channel
  • Connects in a few clicks — install the app and choose a channel

Email

Branded email that keeps replies attached to the issue.

  • Every outbound message carries your branding, not ours
  • Replies are matched back to the issue and land on its timeline
  • No shared inbox to police and no context lost between mailboxes
  • A complete, ordered record of who was told what, and when
Tenant & contractor messaging

Reach tenants and trades on the channel they actually answer

Chasing is the cost. Nestsen reaches people where they already are, and everything that comes back is captured against the issue automatically.

WhatsApp Business

Two-way

Real conversations with tenants and tradespeople, fully logged.

  • Tenants report issues and answer questions on the app they use every day
  • Job offers, appointment confirmations and reminders go out to trades
  • Photos and replies attach themselves to the right issue
  • Approved message templates keep delivery reliable at volume
  • The full thread stays visible to your team in one place

SMS

Two-way

The channel that reaches everyone, including the hard to reach.

  • Appointment confirmations, access arrangements and reminders
  • Contractor job offers and responses without a phone call
  • Inbound replies threaded onto the issue, not lost in a handset
  • Useful fallback where WhatsApp or email is not an option
Calendars

Appointments land in the calendar people already check

Once an appointment is agreed it should not need re-typing anywhere. Connected calendars stay in step as work is scheduled, moved or cancelled.

Google Calendar

Scheduled work appears in your team's Google calendars.

  • Each user connects their own account — no shared credentials
  • Property address, access notes and issue detail travel with the entry
  • Reschedules and cancellations are reflected, not duplicated
  • Per-user opt-in, so calendars stay yours to control

Microsoft 365 & Outlook

The same calendar sync for Outlook and Microsoft 365 tenants.

  • Connects through Microsoft's standard sign-in — no admin scripting
  • Appointments, changes and cancellations kept in step
  • Sign in to Nestsen with the same Microsoft account
  • Works alongside the Teams integration on one identity
Automation

Wire Nestsen into everything else you run

Every firm has its own stack. Rather than guess at it, Nestsen publishes the events as they happen and lets your automation platform decide what to do next — no developer required.

Zapier

No code

Push Nestsen events into thousands of other apps.

  • Point a Zap at Nestsen and choose the events you care about
  • Fan activity out to reporting, finance, CRM or client-facing tools
  • Build the routing your business needs without writing code
  • No engineering ticket, and no waiting on our roadmap

Make

No code

Visual scenario building for more involved routing.

  • Drag out multi-step scenarios on a visual canvas
  • Branch on the detail of an event, not just its type
  • Useful where a rule needs several conditions and outcomes
  • Connects to the same event feed as every other automation route

n8n

Self-hostable

Open, self-hosted automation for firms that keep data in-house.

  • Run the workflow engine on your own infrastructure
  • Receive Nestsen events and call back into Nestsen in the same flow
  • Suits firms with data residency or IT governance requirements
  • Same event catalogue as every other automation route

Outbound webhooks

The signed event feed underneath Zapier, Make, n8n and anything custom.

  • Subscribe only to the events you want, per endpoint
  • Every delivery is signed, so your side can verify it came from us
  • Send a test payload before you go live
  • A delivery log to see what was sent and what was received
Business systems

Fits alongside the systems you already run on

Nestsen is the maintenance layer, not a replacement for your agency software. It takes the property and people data it needs, and gives back what happened.

Reapit

On request

A supported route in from your existing agency system.

  • We bring across your offices, staff, landlords and properties
  • Start without a spreadsheet migration project of your own
  • Your agency system stays the system of record where you want it to be
  • Set up with our team rather than self-serve — tell us what you run

REST API

A documented API for anything bespoke.

  • Published OpenAPI documentation you can build against
  • Scoped API keys, so an integration only sees what it should
  • Read portfolio and maintenance data into your own reporting
  • Pairs with webhooks: push from us, pull from you

AI assistants

MCP

Connect Nestsen to Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants.

  • Ask questions of your portfolio in plain English
  • Uses the open Model Context Protocol — no bespoke plumbing
  • Every request scoped to your company and your permissions
  • Access is granted by key and revoked the same way
On the roadmap

What we are building next

These are not live yet. They are on the list because something already in the platform stops just short of them — and we would rather say what is coming than imply it is here. Order follows what customers ask for, so if one of these is the one you need, tell us and it moves.

Xero

Coming soon

Approved contractor invoices into your accounting ledger.

Approved invoices already carry a full cost breakdown and export cleanly. Sending them straight to Xero removes the re-keying step at the end of every job.

QuickBooks

Coming soon

The same invoice sync for QuickBooks firms.

The same export, pointed at the other accounting package most UK agencies run — so the choice of ledger does not decide whether the workflow joins up.

More agency systems

Coming soon

Jupix, Alto and Qube alongside the existing Reapit route.

Nestsen is the maintenance layer beside your system of record. The more of those it reaches, the fewer firms have to choose between the two.

Gas Safe Register

Coming soon

Check an engineer's registration before gas work is allocated.

Gas certificates are already tracked, but the engineer's registration is taken on trust. Checking it at allocation closes the gap before the job, not after.

Companies House

Coming soon

Company status and directors at contractor onboarding.

Vetting is the slowest step in bringing a new trade onto a panel. Pulling the company record turns part of it into a check rather than a conversation.

Call capture

Coming soon

Turn phoned-in reports into structured issues.

Out-of-hours emergencies still arrive by phone, and a call is the one channel that currently leaves nothing behind. Capturing it would put those reports on the same footing as every other route in.

How we approach integrations

Connected should mean less work, not more surface area

Connected in minutes, not months

The channel integrations are set up from your own admin screens — sign in, choose a channel, choose your events. No professional services engagement to get started.

You choose what flows

Every integration is opt-in and event-by-event. Turn on what earns its place in your day and leave the rest off — noisy notifications are a cost, not a feature.

Nothing leaves the audit trail

However a message goes out or an update comes back, it is recorded against the issue. Connecting a channel adds reach without fragmenting the record.

Not seeing the one you need?

Between the automation platforms, the signed event feed and the documented API, most stacks connect without waiting on our roadmap. Tell us what you run and we will show you the shortest route to it.
