How the Intelligence tab works on a property record, what insight cards it surfaces, and how to act on them.

## Overview
The **Intelligence tab** appears on every property record and surfaces AI-generated insight cards grouped by category. Each card explains what was detected, why it matters, and the next recommended action.
## Insight categories
- **Maintenance hot-spots** — properties with above-average repair frequency in a category
- **Recurring-issue clusters** — the same problem type repeating across multiple tickets
- **Regulatory gaps** — missing certificates, overdue compliance items
- **Tenant-experience signals** — patterns in tenant communication or satisfaction
- **Predictive asset failure** — assets with rising failure-risk scores based on age and history
## Acting on an insight
Each card has a one-click action button (e.g. "Create ticket", "View compliance case", "Schedule visit"). Clicking it pre-populates the relevant form with context from the card so no information is re-entered.
## Portfolio-level view
The **Portfolio** page rolls the highest-priority cards across all properties into a single, filterable feed. Use the category filter to focus on a specific signal type.
## Dashboard Insights Widget
The Insights Widget on the main dashboard shows a rolling summary of the top portfolio-level cards. Click any card to jump to the full detail on the property.
